Feeding the Village: Building Systems of Care to End Hunger

Food insecurity isn't solved by any single organization — it's solved by a system.

This panel brings together the people and institutions that make up that system: It Takes a Village to feed One Child, a nonprofit on the front lines of hunger relief, Unique Dreams, a community partner doing the day-to-day work of reaching families, and WSFS, a funder investing in long-term solutions. Together, they’ll explore what it actually takes to build a resilient, coordinated response to hunger — from mutual aid and grassroots organizing to strategic philanthropy and cross-sector partnership. Moderated by Taryn Flood of St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children.

WHEN: Friday, November 20, 11AM-12PM

WHERE: St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children Atrium, 160 E Erie Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134
